Job Responsibilities
- Perform daily accounting functions including prepare voucher, accounts payable / receivable, recording of transaction and bank reconciliation
- Perform month-end closing and year-end closing and reporting
- Handle full set of accounts, prepare monthly management accounts with reconciliation schedules on timely basis
- Assist in annual audit
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned
- Frequent travel (Local)
Job Requirements
- Completed LCCI Intermediate or above
- 1-2 year working experience in accounting field
- Familiar with Excel, Word and Chinese word processing
- Well-organised, hard working, self-motivated and willing to learn
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in using accounting software (i.e. MYOB and Peachtree) is an advantage
