Job Description:
Reporting to the Controller/Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for managing the SPVs.

Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for general accounting, including the preparation of financial statements, maintenance of general ledgers, accounts receivable, accounts payable
Work with auditor to complete annual audit for the SPVs
Manage bank accounts of the SPVs and arrange payments
Work with service provider to handle share allotment or other company secretary matters
Prepare board minutes and resolutions for SPVs
Other ad hoc tasks as assigned To qualify, the candidates should possess:
An undergraduate degree in accounting, finance or business-related discipline
1-2 years relevant working experience is preferred, fresh graduate will also be considered
Experience with HKFRS financial reporting will be an advantage
Knowledge of company secretarial matters is an advantage
Familiar with MS Office and other PC applications, preferably with experience in QuickBooks accounting system or Oracle
Team player with positive attitude, willing to learn and strive for continuous development
Good command in verbal and written English and Chinese, particularly Mandarin
