YOUR TASKS

Working Location: Ngau TauKok

Reporting to Telemarketing Manager, you will be responsible for lead acquisition, sales lead profiling and customers re-qualifying through telephone calls, including cold calls

• Achieve business target and KPIs, relevant to revenue, customer base expansion and sales lead generation
• Make outbound calls to new customers acquisition & business and product promotion
• Handle inbound calls from hotlines referral
• From calls, obtain customer information and business profile (qualify customers potential)
• Provide service to customers on account setup and product introduction
• Make quotes and issue contract for customers when needed
• Record all customers’ information and business activities in CRM system (COMET)
• Handle & Support business promotion, program and project as assigned

YOUR PROFILE

• HKALE / HKDSE or equivalent with 1year'sexperience in sales or customer service. Fresh graduate will also be considered.
• Good interpersonal, communication and telephone handling skills
• Sales and result-oriented, pro-active, self-motivated and possess a positive attitude
• Able to work in a dynamic environment
• Good command of written and spokenEnglish and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Work
