Hong Kong Baptist University has been awarded funding under Job Creation Scheme 3.0 supported by the Government to create employment opportunities. The General Administration Office now invites applications for the following post:
Executive Officer/Executive Assistant (PR0853/22-23)
Duties:
- Provide administrative support to the Office, including but not limited to managing and maintaining the filing system and assisting with data entry;
- Plan, coordinate and execute various Office assignments;
- Draft notifications, reports, meeting and other administrative documents;
- Handle general communication tasks, including liaison with internal and external parties as required; and
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Applicants should possess a recognised relevant bachelor's degree with good interpersonal, communication and organisational skills, and be proficient in English. Fluency in Putonghua will be an advantage.Shortlisted candidates will be invited to sit for a written test and an interview. The appointment will be offered on a fixed-term contract of up to one year. Applicants with less experience may be considered for the post of Executive Assistant.
